This self-assessment tool developed by Georgetown University’s National Center for Cultural Competence helps community health centers and healthcare organizations evaluate and improve their cultural and linguistic competency across four key dimensions: values, policy, structure, and practice. The Cultural and Linguistic Competence Policy Assessment (CLCPA) comes with a detailed 43-page implementation guide, demographic forms, and additional online resources, and is available for free with proper attribution.
