A Three-Month Program to Transform the Trajectory of your Organization

The Fellowship Includes

Dedicated Coach

Each cohort member receives a dedicated coach—an experienced entrepreneur—to maximize program benefits, connecting them with mentors, advisors, and the Hub’s network.

Advisors

The Hub links innovators with leaders in child and family mental and developmental health, matching them with advisors who dedicate 40+ hours of 1:1 support during the three-month program to scale impact.

Mentors

The Hub utilizes the expansive expertise of the broader Thrive Center and its networks to connect fellows with relevant, informed mentors. These mentors may provide fellows with feedback, advice, access to additional literature or references, and more. See the Thrive Center Team for more information.

Tailored Programming

Hub Coaches and Advisors will guide innovators through tailored programming, focusing on key areas relevant to the validation or engagement science tracks. If priorities change, the key results will be adjusted accordingly.

Network & Community

The Hub fosters a supportive community where entrepreneurs and innovators can connect, share challenges, and celebrate progress within and across cohorts.

Hub Talks

We host off-the-record talks with leaders in child and family mental and developmental health, providing candid insights into the industry.

Program Timeline

Custom Approach

The Hub customizes its tracks to maximize impact for each innovator, adjusting the program based on specific needs. What follows is a general framework.

Innovators are matched with their Hub coach and advisor based on objectives identified. Any relevant information to meet these objectives is shared with your team in advance.

Innovators meet their cohort and Thrive Team for a week of community building and onboarding at the Thrive Center at Georgetown University. Innovators are onboarded, introduced to resources, and begin to refine their biggest opportunity areas.

Following Kickoff Week, fellows work with their teams to map connections, logic models, and more. The preparation completed and connections made in these initial weeks lay the groundwork for action in your areas of opportunity.

Most organizations come to the program to solve one of two types of challenges:

  • Validation: Innovators work with their Hub Coach and Advisors to determine how to validate the impact of their interventions. Based on validated impact, assistance is provided in developing a sustainable business model to drive scale, including exploring DTC, reimbursement, and public funding mechanisms.
  • Engagement Science: With guidance from their Hub Coach and Advisors, innovators will develop or update their value proposition and drive a test-and-learn approach to scale engagement and adoption across key stakeholders. Where possible, the Hub will introduce innovators to potential customers and partners.

Innovators assess progress with the Hub team, iterate on models and strategies based on feedback, develop a post-graduation plan to accelerate their impact, and prepare to present at the Solution Fair.

The Hub Solution’s Fair is an interactive event where innovators demonstrate their innovations and learnings to stakeholders. Fellows return onsite to Georgetown University to re-connect with their team, lead a “science fair” style exhibition with stakeholders and community members, and discuss ongoing needs and support.

Innovators receive ongoing support, including resources, mentorship, and networking. Innovators are encouraged to stay active in the Hub’s community.
