Application Process

Apply in 4 Steps:

Apply:

• If you are interested in applying for the Innovation Hub Fellowship, please submit your application online. Applications for our Spring 2026 are now closed.
• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis between October and December. If your application is in alignment with our selection criteria, you will be invited to an interview.

Interview: 

• Interviews will be conducted by video conference between November and December 2025.

Decisions: 

• Decisions will be sent out by the end of December. Any organization that interviews will receive detailed feedback on our decision.
• If accepted to the cohort, your fellowship will begin on February 23rd, 2026. Further cohort material will be provided in the weeks leading up to the start date.

Evaluation: 

Throughout the application and interview process, each organization will be assessed on the following: 

• Commitment to the community you serve
• Clarity of your goals as an organization 
• Clarity of how you would benefit from the fellowship 
• Alignment to Thrive expertise
• Equity of access
• Capacity to deliver on aspirations 

We know every organization may be at a different stage in its journey. This criterion allows us to assess each organization based on its unique goals and the communities it serves.
