HTI Grant Community Policy Meeting: Evaluation Short Report

This resource is an evaluation report from Georgetown University’s Healthy Transitions Initiative (HTI) Grant Community Policy Meeting held in March 2012 in Annapolis, Maryland. The HTI is a cross-agency initiative focused on improving systems of care for youth and young adults with behavioral health concerns as they transition to adulthood, with seven participating states. The evaluation assessed the effectiveness of a three-day meeting involving 105 attendees using pre-post surveys and overall evaluation forms. The meeting successfully achieved its goals of strengthening adult/child mental health system collaboration, creating cross-state peer supports, and providing participants with new tools and strategies to advance their transition-age youth work in their respective states.
